North Carolina Fellow Mike Mitchell

Fellow Mike Mitchell was selected as one of several distinguished lawyers to co-author the recently published book Domestic and International Litigation Strategies. Mr. Mitchell authored the chapter “The Trial Lawyer as Trial Counselor” which provides an overview of the phases in litigation and how a lawyer can serve as an effective advisor to a client during every phase of the process.
